(Editor Tracking) Tap is Not Visible in Feature Class Properties!

Hello Team,

I have a feature class in a FGDB in ArcGIS Pro 2.9, and I'm intending to publish it through the portal where the users can edit some fields in this feature class. Thus, when I tried to enable (Editor Tracking) option from the Feature Class Properties, I didn't find this tap, as per the below screenshot:

I've read some articles where it has to be something as the below:

any thoughts on how to make the (Editor Tracking) visible there?

Enable editor tracking
