No output when exporting layout with text ArcGIS Pro

Hi community!

When I am exporting a layout to jpeg or pdf with a recangle text boxes in it I do not get any output. It looks like there is an export process going on but when it's done there is no jpeg in my folder. When I remove the text boxes I get a perfectly fine jpeg.

Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

What version of ArcGIS Pro are you using? There was a bug with exporting blank text boxes, but it was addressed in updates.

I am using 2.7.0, it does not look like there are any empty text boxes and it works fine using a dynamic text.

The jpeg appears for a while under the exporting process but when it finishes the jpeg dissapears from the folder again 😕

That's really weird! I've never seen anything like that. It's possible that upgrading to a later version of Pro (the current is 2.9.3) may resolve your issue. You could also reach out to technical support, they are well-equipped to evaluate weird behavior like this and log bugs for the development teams as needed.
