Repair geometry whats the difference between the Esri and OGC method

Hi,
I am creating several new features within several models and need to repair the geometry before other tools.
I have realized the the Esri method can take alot more longer then the OGC method. I will never have any reasons in my project to save anything to a Enterprise geodatabase. Only to a GDB.

I have found documentations here Check Geometry (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation but I would just to find a simple explanation for my purpose. And that is to store the features in a gdb. When I am running the OGC all the other tools after works fine. But are the OGC good enought?

As an example. in one part of the script the Esri method can take hour while the OGC takes about some minutes. Thats a big different in time.
