interpolate date field in the layer name

Hi, is it possible to interpolate the date field in a certain layer within it's own name?

I have layer that renews its data every hour(weather data), and I would like to pass the current time of the date field within the layer name.

is it possible?

Are you wanting to add the date to the field name? Or are you wanting to change the name of Feature Class every hour?

If you are wanting to change the name of the Feature Class you would be better served changing the Alias every hour.

If you changed the name it would stop working in any Feature Services your are running unless you do some pretty complex coding to the entire system.

Where are you needing to see the difference in date? Dashboard, web app, Pro Project etc...
