Create a vector tile index, then create a vector tile package, and then use the Share Package tool to share to our enterprise portal.</P><P>2. Create a vector tile index, and then select the Share as Web Layer option in the Share ribbon (choosing the layer type as Vector tile) to share to our portal</P><P>The second option reduces the number of steps and from what I can tell, the end result is the same.
