Label on Feature Count

I want to label by the frequency of features at a location, viz, the no. of incidents at each location within a single feature class. The incidents are coincidental / have identical attributes in a field, in other words there are x incidents at the same location. This is in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2. Preferably using an arcade or other expression,
