Share a feature layer to a group

Hi,

I am trying to share a feature layer with a group of people. All I have is their emails addresses. Is that possible via a non-enterprise account?

Are those people members of your organization and if so do they have an organizational account or personal account, if not a member of your organization do they have an account?

If they are members of another organization, they will need an account, then you can invite them to join a group on your organization, see https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/understand-collaborations.htm

Thank you @CarlMorrison . I don't have the Collaboration option. Do I need to enable an extension for this?

I am using my account and I want to share it with another organization.

Do you have an organizational account or personal account, and if organizational are you an administrator for you organization? Another important question, are you looking to share the data publicly or privately within a group?

I have a personal account and I want to share it to a group privately. Ideally I by adding their email address manually.

Sorry, but I do not believe that is possible with a personal account, only organizational accounts can host a group that is private and share data privately with other organizational account users.
