Voxel not displaying

Hi, I cannot get my voxel to display. It shows that everything is fine in the contents pane, but nothing comes up. It will zoom to the layer, but nothing will draw. I turned off the elevation surface and basemap. I've attached it if anyone can help and see what the issue is.

To me it looks like there are really no values to render. Looking at the range they are all essentially 0. Not sure how the netCDF was created but I would go back and take a look at that workflow to ensure there are valid values being written out.
