It seems though on states with larger record Counts IE( over a 2 million) That it wont transfer all of the features over and will limit to around 1.3 million is there a work around that is out there that wouldn't involve manually selecting these and than merging them back together?&nbsp; For example on the Feature class to Feature class conversion on&nbsp;<A href="https://apps.pasda.psu.edu/arcgis/rest/services/PA_Parcels/MapServer" target="_blank">https://apps.pasda.psu.edu/arcgis/rest/services/PA_Parcels/MapServer</A>&nbsp;When this feature class conversion is run It stops at 1,942,000 Records but the source has 3,358,007 Records.
