Error on Python Binding of Big Data Toolkit (BDT) with a local notebook on ArcGIS Pro

I am following this document to use BDT within my notebook. I have already installed spark at my end with pyspark running in the background.
But I am getting an error on the following line.

from spark_esri import spark_start, spark_stop config = { "spark.driver.memory":"16G", "spark.executor.memory":"16G", "spark.jars": "C:\\Satya\\BDT\\bdt-2.4.0-py3.8\\bdt-2.4.0-2.4.5-2.11.jar", "spark.submit.pyFiles": "C:\\Satya\\BDT\\bdt-2.4.0-py3.8\\bdt-2.4.0-py3.8.egg", } spark = spark_start(config=config) import bdt spark.withBDT("C:\\Users\\...")

Note: import bdt is working.
