Arcgis Pro 2.9.2 "Create Map Tile Package" create empty tile for large raster.

I'm using Arcgis Pro 2.9.2.

I had a map with a raster already build pyramid.

I used tool "Create Map Tile Package" with LOD( Level of detail) between 10-17.

The successful result is a tpk file, but missing some tiles of LOD 15 - 17.

Use the tool "Manage Tile Cache" also have the same issue.

Anyone encounter similar issue, please help.

Problem: The Create Map Tile Package tool returns incomplete map tiles in ArcGIS Pro (esri.com)

Yes, did build pyramid but still error.

The only other thing was the link in the Note about caching.

If nothing works, contact Tech Support since they would require information about the process used to construct the raster and whether other formats were tried
