Make Image Server Layer (Data Management) tool

Hi Community,

To extract the DTM of the country Panama, I am using the Make Image Server Layer (Data Management) tool.

Here are my parameters:

Input image Service: https://elevation.arcgis.com/arcgis/services/WorldElevation/Terrain/ImageServer

Expression : ProductName = 'Airbus_WorldDEM4Ortho_24m'

The extent is limited to 5000 columns x 5000 rows. I need some help to figure out how to extract the raster without losing resolution. Does someone have experience with this and could give me a quick explanation on raster size, raster cell size, output raster size, and how they translate together?

The DTM has a 24m resolution and I want to extract the data for the whole country to use for an SLR projection.
