Problem with exporting layout: legend incomplete at certain scale

Hi,

I am making a map layout in ArcgisPro 2.9.1. and when I am in the layout view not all the legend items are visible in the legend when I am in lower scale (around 1:2.000) while the legend items are clearly visible in the map frame. When I zoom out the legend item suddenly shows up in the legend. I included two layout exported layout where the legend item is visible and where it is not showing in the legend (for instance the legend item ''Japanse duizendknoop'' with the red dashed lines).

Is there a way to solve this or is this a bug in ArcgisPro?

Hi Jurgen,

What you describe certainly sounds like a bug. I do know of an issue concerning map service layer legend items not exporting correctly (re: BUG-000138573: Legend items from map services are shown in exports when disabled).

Can you contact Esri Support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support.
