Welcome to Esri Community!

For downloading ArcGIS Desktop you want to login to your My Esri page. In case you are not able to login to the page or have download access you might want to contact your administrator and request them to help you out with this.

Additionally, I would like to inform you that ArcGIS 10.6 is not the latest version of the ArcGIS Desktop. Also, a useful piece of information about the Product Life Cycle.
