Editing verticies not saving

Why when I try to move a vertex doesn't save?

For example in the attached graphic, I am trying to move this polygon to a parcel line, but when I drag the vertex over to where I want it and click finish, the vertex just snaps back to its original location.

Why is it doing this?

Not sure, but maybe try deleting the vertex and saving. If that works, add it back in and snap it to the parcel line.

Did you find a solution to this? I'm having the same issue, it's as if it's snapping to a grid but that option is turned off. Even with snap to node on, the vertex will shift away from the node when I save.
