Hi Annette,

Are you publishing a new map service called Sheriff_Districts_Multipart? Is ArcGIS Pro signed into the Enterprise portal? Can you verify through a web browser that you can access that portal? Do the people that are publishing from ArcGIS Pro have the right User Type and User Role in the enterprise portal to support Publishing? Any screen captures that you can add would also be helpful.

Rob

Hello Rob,

The answer is yes to everything. I even changed the other person to admin rights. This is a screen shot of the error when I tried to publish.

Annette

Hello,

Was it the entire server you restarted or just the ArcGIS Server part of it?

Having the same message and error code you got.
