Mosaic dataset appearance

All,

I have published the mosaic dataset in ArcGIS image server (10.8.1) using Pro 2.8.2. As per end user feedback- I had to modify appearance parameters. I have rebuild the overview and foot prints and updated the image services, but still image in web interface displays older one. Tested in private window as well.

if I view the layer in ArcGIS pro, they looks good and latest appearance is reflecting.

I am not sure what is going on. Any help is appreaciated.

I don't have much experience with Image Server but could you completely delete the existing service and then publish a fresh new image service so that there should be no chance of seeing the old service?
