Layout name cannot contain quotes anymore?

I'm wondering if this was an intentional change or a bug I'm experiencing - I went to rename an existing layout (adding " - OLD" to the end) and got this error:

The name had quotes before, and as you can see, so do several other layouts. Is this a new limitation, or a bug? I imagine quotes might cause some issues with some scripting languages, but the fact that we were able to use quotes in the past doesn't make sense then.

It isn't even a standard paper size is it?

I wasn't suggesting that, I was just trying to find a simpler substitute,... like "legal", "A4" etc.

"in." is the workaround for now, contact Tech Support since I can't replicate it
