Coordinate Conversion

I have an excel table with GIS coordinates that are in the form of cartesian coordinates that need to be converted to lat/long. How might I be able to do this? There's no option in the convert to XY or convert coordinates to convert from cartesian.

If you know what the cartesian coordinates are (UTM? Albers? etc?) you can provide the details to the tool and the data will come right in. But you need to know the projection, parameters, datum of your cartesian coordinates.

Could you share a sample excel sheet with the values? Also mention the intended Area of Interest (Country, State, district or county), if you know. Any other information about the data that could help?

Unfortunately I cannot share the entire coordinates due to the fact that it is sensitive information, but attached is a snippet of what the coordinates look like. I have no idea what they are called....

And the area should be around San Jose, California, United States.
