Automate Inset Map to Highlight Area on Map Layout Being Used

I have a bunch of bookmarks that I use to build a pdf map layout of project locations. I use the map series bookmark option to tell Pro what is going to be in the map. Bookmark = Page in PDF map series.

I have added an inset map on each page (bookmark) for each project location on the map series map which I would like to have automate a red highlight box around the segment that is in the bookmark frame in the inset map.

Or only display the segment that is in the map frame in the inset map. Preferably the first option.

Is there a way to automate this?

I think you are looking for "Extent Indicators" in Pro
