I am attempting to use the Insert&gt;Import Layout option, which creates a pre-formatted layout with key elements (north arrow, scale bar, etc.). When I select the "Summary Letter Layout", it creates the layout with my map, however, it <EM><STRONG>does not include</STRONG></EM> any of&nbsp;the .shp features from my map.
