Failed to add data: FeatureServer?

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1 and trying to add data from My Content on ArcGIS Online. I've never had issues with layers that I have added from ArcMap. All the layers that I have added using the Share -> Publish Web Layer, will not work with Pro. Anyone else having this issue?

Edit: I just tried adding a polygon layer with nothing but one polygon and got the error. I tried from ArcMap this time around. What is going on here?

Edit Again: I tried a different account and it worked so I uninstalled ArcGIS Pro, which might have been overkill, but I logged in and it worked again. Weird.

In Pro are you switching active portals? Like maybe signing in with a Named User from one portal, which would then be the active portal, and then switching the active portal to another?

I do switch around quite a bit between accounts. It's working now that I signed out and back in.

Sounds a lot like BUG-000125795: Unable to reset the data source for an ArcGIS Online..
