    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to use the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="color: #4d4d4d; background-color: #fefefe;"&gt;ArcGIS Solutions Deployment Add-In, but when I try to deploy a solution, I get this error:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #4d4d4d; background-color: #fefefe;"&gt;&amp;lt;urlopen error Tunnel connection failed: 407 Proxy Authentication Required&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #4d4d4d; background-color: #fefefe;"&gt;Update:&amp;nbsp; I tried setting the http_proxy and https_proxy environment variables, as I would for pip, and that did the trick.&amp;nbsp; I'm willing to bet that this is a Python issue.&amp;nbsp; I thought all this stuff was fixed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #4d4d4d; background-color: #fefefe;"&gt;Update 2:&amp;nbsp; I also had to set the environment variables in order to see and download untools.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
