Error loading tools from wrf-hydro GIS pre-processing toolkit

Hello, I'm trying the free-trial ArcGIS Pro version 2.8 to generate input files for wrf-hydro. I downloaded the GIS pre-processing toolkit from NCAR but not a single tool from Utilities in GEOGRID_STANDALONE.pyt seems to work, I get a message "La herramienta no ha podido abrirse" (Couldn't open the tool). I made sure I have the Spatial Analyst extension and Arc Hydro Tools. The description of the error I get in Spanish is:
