After collecting catch basin points with GNSS info and z elevation values auto populating, we realized that configuration in Collector didn't take into account the 2m pole height. Rather than updating location of every point again, I would like to either subtract 2m from each z value all at once if possible, or replace the z value with the value in an msl elevation attribute field where 2m has already been subtracted. I don't want to create a new feature class but just update z values of the existing feature class if this is possible. Suggestions appreciated!

The Adjust 3D Z tool will allow you to subtract 2m from each feature. It also modifies the input data directly, so no new feature class needed.
