Hi. My ArcGIS Pro is crashing all times when inserting a new map, basemap or same a new layout. I've tried everything I found in the forums but the problem persists. Load an old project with maps causes the same issue (so, basically I can't open any project I've done previously). I was using the software for more than 1 year with no problem at all. I have no changes in my hardware (I'm using the same laptop, that has the requirements for the software use). My ESRI license stills valid. My Windows 10 is updated. I sent dozens of reports to ESRI but no answers until now. I really need to use the software ASAP and I'm kind of desperate to find a solution.

Things I've tried:

- Restart (many times);

- Update for new version (2.8.0);

- Downgrade for the previous version;

- Complete uninstall (including cleaning all register files) and reinstall;

-Repair installation (ArcGIS Pro Program Maintenance - Setup);

- Renamed (and secondly deleted) the file C:\Users\<user profile>\AppData\Roaming;

- Renamed (and secondly deleted) the file C:\Users\<user profile>\AppData\Local directories;

The only thing I did differently for my usual computer use was using the PC optimizer software "Advanced System Care Pro - IOBIT" (paid version) for the first time, including the smart defrag tool. I can't say it was the cause of the issue, but the problems started to appear after that.

Someone any more suggestions?

Thank you very much

My System settings:

Product version: ArcGIS Application 2.8.0.29751
Operating system: Windows 10 Home 19041 64-bit
Processor: AMD A10-7300 Radeon R6, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G
Processor cores: 4
CPU capabilities: SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, PCLMULQDQ, POPCNT, SSE42, CMPXCHG16B, XSAVE, OSXSAVE, ABM, BMI1, AES, AVX, FMA
Memory: 16 GB Physical RAM
Hard drives: 931 GB Drive
Graphics card: AMD Radeon(TM) R6 Graphics 23.20.808.4352 1366 x 768 x 4294967296 colors 20180327000000.000000-000 1024 MB, AMD Radeon(TM) R7 M265 23.20.808.4352 1366 x 768 x 4294967296 colors 20180327000000.000000-000
Graphics configuration: Generic PnP Monitor DPI 96*96 , Default Monitor DPI 96*96 ScreenHeight 768 ScreenWidth 1366
System display language: en-AU
Software display language: en-US
Number of monitors: 2
