I was more asking about how to extrapolate location data from the APNs. Fortunately, I was able to locate an ownership shapefile from the County with existing attribute table that I was able to search expressions for. I input (individually, which is not ideal) each APN into the select by attributes and created a layer for each APN and then shut the main ownership shp off. This worked out, but it was very time consuming.
