Greetings,

I have used this Technical support article, How To: Create a replica where the secondary replica data is in a different coordinate system than the primary replica data , for a workflow in ArcMap. Is this possible in ArcGIS Pro? I'm trying to R&D all of our existing data management workflows we currently perform in ArcMap/Catalog, to make sure they work in ArcGIS Pro. I couldn't figure out how to do this in ArcGIS Pro. Thank you for any advice.

There is an enhancement request to add this workflow to ArcGIS Pro (ENH-000139340 - Add the Extract Data Wizard to ArcGIS Pro). In addition, you can upvote this ArcGIS Pro Idea here as well.
