Project file crashes after loading layers in content window

My project file crashes after loading it. It takes some time and layers show up in the content window. After that ArcGIS pro 2.8 crashes. With other project files, everything works fine. Any hints on how to restore the project file? Many thanks, Felix

Not sure if this will help or not but you could try renaming the ESRI folder in the C:\users\<User_Profile>\appdata\local and C:\users\<User_Profile>\appdata\roaming to ESRI_OLD. Then try to load the *.aprx again. What is the result?

I reinstalled ArcGIS Pro and it solved the problem.
