    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi I have a questionfor anyone on this site&amp;nbsp; that I am working on...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Township and Range layer on my ArcGIS Pro and I set it up....However;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted the labels to be like this but I am not sure of how a way around to fix this..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/453852_pastedImage_1.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) What I want is to put the Labels for the Township on the right side (Shown in red circle) .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 ) What I want is to put the labels for the Range&amp;nbsp; at the bottom (Shown in blue circle)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not want them to be outside the T and R but I want them to be at the line .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to do this so I can prepare to do georeference these Forest maps on my ArcGIS Pro project&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
