Changing attribute table values to scientific notation

I have an attribute table that I would like to format. I need to display the numerical values in scientific notation (ie 2.367E-02 instead of 0.02367). How can I do this, especially for multiple fields at once, in ArcGIS Pro version 2.7?

Have you looked at https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/tables/format-numeric-and-date-fields.htm ?

That shows how to format a field to scientific notation.

As for doing multiple fields at once, that is not currently possible. I'd recommend going to https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/copy-number-formats-across-multiple-fields-in-fields-menu/idi-p/1023864 and adding your support by giving a kudo.

I've encountered an issue where the scientific notation formatting isn't carried over when I export the table. Should I create another post for this?

To maintain layer properties, try exporting either a layer file or a layer package (depending on whether you can reference the original data [layer file] or need to include the data with the layer [layer package]).
