Shaded-Relief function - legend

Hello,

I applied Shaded-Relief to a DSM, the legend shows me the 3 bands..why there are no values? the result was a colorful map with gradual changes in the colors..why can't I see it also in the legend?

I have the same issue with a geotif. I chose shaded relief in the symbology and the value range in the legend changet to 0 to 255 instead of the values that my data contains. I know that you can produce a separate shaded relief file and overlay that with the original DEM data, but that is not very feasible for at quick visualization. It worked in Arc Map.

As a work around I show the layer two times with the same stretched colourmap (one time simply stretched, the other time as shaded relief). In the legend I show the values from the stretched symbology.
