    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just upgraded my PC from win7 to win10 and have installed arcpro 2.3.3.&amp;nbsp; When trying to open my project that was created on win7 using pro2.3.1 I am now receiving an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="450020" class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/450020_pastedImage_1.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Update:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Using an admin profile I have no issues.&amp;nbsp; Is there a certain permission that needs to be applied in windows 10?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
