Is the Dynamic Text functionality 'fully baked' yet in Pro?

I have found very few of the tags that actually work?

Screen capture #1 shows the list of Dynamic Text and evens shows the appropriate value, ie Credits property. But as you can see in screen cap #2, when this is inserted the actual value is blank. This is the case with many of the tags I've tried, but I'm wondering if this is an artifact of importing a MXD project?

One thing to try: the bounding box may not be big enough, thereby dropping some of the text. See if expanding the bounding by dragging a handle box helps.

After further investigation, I think this is an issue with this particular MXD I Imported, or maybe an issue with the Map Import function. I started another blank project and used Import Layout, instead of Import Map, and the Dynamic Text commands are working as expected in this project.
