I have shared the Feature Tile Layers with the Basemap group and my organization and most of them can be used in Portal by my entire organization. There are a few that are showing as a broken link for other people within the organization but it will work for me the creator of the basemaps when I portal them from the basemap group. What could possibly be the cause of this?&nbsp;</P><P>I have already tried to change the sharing settings again to see if that would help but has not changed anything.
