We are looking for the download for ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET for Pro version 2.5 but cannot seem to locate it. Can anyone provide insight on how to download the sdk for 2.5?

Is it listed in .... My Esri, My organisations, Downloads, arcgis pro... etc

only the version for 2.7 is listed in mine

It's a little difficult to track down. I would have expected it to be found in the Developer's Download page, but instead, you have to go the Esri's ArcGIS Pro SDK GitHub site. Look at this page for v 2.5. Download the two vsix files to install them in Visual Studios
