Problems with Raster Item Explorer

Raster Item Explorer does not produce any item, regardless of the type of query attempted (By Area of Interest, By Attribute (including custom expression), or various combinations thereof. Repeated attempts have failed as well when entering date window. Working with both Sentinel - 2 and Multispectral Landsat as highlighted layers in the Contents pane. Additional attempts to produce successful queries by way of the Definition Query under Data > Layer Properties in the Image Service Layer also does not result in any successful query output. ESRI search directions for Raster Item Explorer do not seem to solve the problem. Is this some kind of "setting" problem in ArcGIS Pro? I am working with a student license.

Please ensure that the collection of imagery (you want to explore) is in a Mosaic Dataset or an Image Service.
