Obtain upstream downstream structure

Hi Everyone

Here is a stupid question. I have delineated a watershed into several catchments. some catchments do not have a stream.

How could I obtain upstream and downstream structure?

That exactly what I did. I could obtain catchment which is the output of the Watershed function. What I need is the upstream and downstream structure of these catchments. For example catchment 1 drainage to catchment 2; catchment 3 drainages to catchment 10;.....

I noticed that the stream link can provide this information. But in my case, not all catchment has streams

I guess my question is that is there any function similar to StreamToFeature, but the input is catchment raster not stream raster?
