    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd strongly suggest checking out the &lt;A href="https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/analysis/image-analyst/introduction-to-deep-learning.htm" target="_self"&gt;Deep Learning&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; and &lt;A href="https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/analysis/image-analyst/change-detection-in-arcgis-pro.htm" target="_self"&gt;Change Detection&lt;/A&gt; tools, if you have the right licenses for it. What you're describing is &lt;EM&gt;exactly&lt;/EM&gt; the sort of thing that they're built to do. If you have a dataset of building footprints you can feed in as the training data, you're already a step ahead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone, I am doing a project on PRO trying to pick out the new and demolished buildings in my ortho images. Does anyone have any ideas of the best features to find this out?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks very much for any help you can give&lt;/P&gt;</description>
