Labels have leader lines and they should be placed outside the polygon border and repeated in certain intervals. I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.5 and I haven't been able to find a solution how to solve this even though this sound like a very basic mapping task.</P><P></P><P>According to help documentation <A href="https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/text/repeat-labels-along-and-within-features.htm">here</A> if I want to repeat labels I should use either <SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;">Boundary placement</SPAN> or <SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;">Regular placement</SPAN>. With the boundary placement option I can't use leader lines and the label is always placed on the boundary. With the regular placement option I can use leader lines but the labels have to be placed inside the polygon if want to repeat them.
