This is the first time I came across this.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Benjamin, check out Tim's thread, it is protracted, but I have reset my license by ensuring I was logged into the same&amp;nbsp; account as when I signed it out and I didn't need to contact tech support.&amp;nbsp; As long as you are on the same computer, it suggests that you are either to use your My Esri or you AGOL account... can't remember, but you probably only have 2 that you would use&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
