Add points and labels to map

Hi,

I want to add 5 marks to a basemap. Next to the points should be a window with informations about the location.

What do I have to do?

Can anyone help me?

Are these graphic points or actual feature points with attribution? I'd guess the 'feature services' tag you've supplied with this post incorrect.

Sounds like you want to create a new point layer [i.e. a shapefile or feature class] > add that new, empty layer to your map > digitize the points > then add labels and or text [either as a graphics layer, or generic text box].
