XML cannot create a table with duplicate column

Hi all hope you are well,

i'm trying to import XML from SDE but it gives me errors:

1- It works well with FileGDB (Schema only & Data), and also works well with Enterprise GDB (Schema only).

2- Error come with Enterprise GDB (Schema and Data) it gives me the following error:

"Underlying DBMS error [[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'R108_pk'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.GISVW_SAFE_DISTANCE'. The duplicate key value is (1).] [XML.DBO.GISVW_SAFE_DISTANCE]

Failed to execute (ImportXMLWorkspaceDocument)"
