ArcGIS Pro: problem with dynamic text when creating map series

Hi,

When working on my map series, I tried to add dynamic text.

1) I selected the correct field from the table I wanted.

2) I formated the text so the viewer can see what the value is refering to:

3) My problem now is : even when there is no value to the field, the title appears:

How could I do something like: if there is no value, don't show?
