topic Create Service Area polygons from a preexisting OD matrix in ArcGIS Pro Questions

I have an OD matrix (i.e.., a CSV) with a large number of origin and destination polygon IDs. I would ideally like to create a set of Service Area polygons for each origin polygon but don't have access to the multimodal network dataset that was used to create it in ArcGIS Pro.

Is there a simple tool/way to do this I'm just missing, or do I need to do something elaborate in model builder? If there's no simple way, I presume I'll need to do something along the lines of subsetting the CSV by origin and merging each origin polygon with its corresponding destination polygon.
