      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a single feature within a layer that I would like to have included, lake Michigan beside Illinois. I made the mistake of using the clipping, thus excluding everything outside of the state. This is fine except for this single layer that I would like to show. Is there a way to override the clipping in some way to have this layer show through? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
