topic Issues with Pixel Editor/Zooming in ArcGIS Pro Questions

Hello! I am having difficulty with the Pixel Editor on ArcGIS Pro. I am trying to edit a raster with thematic data (each pixel is either pervious/green or impervious/grey.) There is a spot that I would like to edit, but once I make the edits, they disappear, both within the Pixel Editor and once I export it to a new raster layer. And for some reason, they sometimes appear in the Pixel Editor when I zoom in and out. Any help would be appreciated, as I am still learning this process!

This image is after reclassifying the area in the center. It has not changed from grey to green.

This is the same area, but zoomed in. Now it is green!

The interesting thing is that I also checked the layer I was trying to edit- if I zoom in (like in the second image) that layer is already green in the spot I'd like it to be!
