    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Ali,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What version of ArcGIS Maps for Office are you currently running?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you open the Environment Variables on your machine, move the environment path to ArcGIS Maps for Office files to the top of the path list. (C:\Program Files(x86)\ArcGISMaps\Office) After doing this restart the application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this seem to fix the issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question:&amp;nbsp; is the CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess.exe running on your machine experiencing the issue?&amp;nbsp; Open Task Manager to verify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A workaround to fix this error message is as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click the Start button lower left of your PC.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Type Edit environment variables to open the Environment Variables interface.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click the Path variable in the first box of User variables for &amp;lt;your user profile&amp;gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click Edit and move the C:\Program Files (x86\ArcGISMaps\Office to the beginning of the PATH variable.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Start Excel and try to login again.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What is the result?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
