ArcGIS ArcPro 2.1 - Feature Class Not visible after creating

I am trying to create a new feature class line and can see outline when creating but when I right click and hit finish it disappears and is not visible. Anyone else having this problem or know how I can correct this?

Did you refresh the display?

Also, try saving the project, closing the project and then re-opening the project to see if the feature class is then visible.

Thanks for the help. It will only show up after I save the edits and zoom out then back in.

Maybe to the spatial index properties from the Catalog pane and recalculate the index:
