    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Matt,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've had sporadic reports of this issue for the specific version of the package in question, for some users just retrying the clone is sufficient to fix this. It sounds like it isn't in your case. If you have administrator access on your machine, you can upgrade components in the base arcgispro-py3 environment, though we usually don't have users do that because of issues it can cause on upgrading across releases. But if you're comfortable with doing that change, you can run Python Command Prompt as administrator, and then run "conda upgrade ipykernel". After this, the clone should work as the issue is specific to the ipykernel 5.1.0 package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shaun&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Cloning python environment in arcgis pro</title>
